DEBRA FOX
Founder and President
Debra Fox has been an active performer for most of her life, starting in high school when she traveled with a semiprofessional gospel group. Over the years she has performed with numerous country groups at fairs and conventions.
After graduating from high school, Debra utilized her interests and skills as an accomplished equestrian and won the title of Miss Rodeo Kansas. In this capacity, she traveled throughout the state of Kansas promoting the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, and represented Kansas in the Miss Rodeo America pageant.
Debra's career interests have taken her into the Advertising and Public Relations arenas where she worked for two Kansas City Advertising Agencies. Her career interests led her to the modeling industry in 1986 when she was hired as the Director of New Faces by a Kansas City Modeling Agency. Debra also began her professional modeling career as a full-figure print and runway model and voice-over artist. Here is a sample of some of Debra's print work:
After pursuing her own modeling career, Debra opened The Professional Edge Modeling and Talent Agency in 1991. After being in business for one year, The Professional Edge was invited to become a member of the American Modeling Association. And, after being a member for only one year, Debra was elected by her peers to serve two consecutive terms as the President of the association - the first time in the history of the association that someone had served two consecutive terms as President.
The Professional Edge became the only Missouri agency invited to showcase models and talent at the American Modeling and Talent Convention. Over the years, Debra led her models/talent to win numerous awards including "Agency of the Year."
After selling the modeling agency, Debra utilized her skills as a skin care specialist, make-up artist, pageant coach, business owner and speaker/trainer to become a contracted corporate trainer and coach. She has been a featured speaker/trainer for Women's Leadership and Empowerment Conferences nationwide.
In 2007, Debra founded Image Development Group Event Staffing & Speakers Bureau and continues as a corporate trainer, pageant coach and successful entrepreneur.

PAUL REIGELSBERGER
Board Member
Paul Reigelsberger started his career in 3rd grade when he was a neighborhood sales specialist with 4-H and school fundraising projects. Okay, he was selling cookies and greeting cards -- but see what a great image update can do for you!
In high school, Paul was a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council President, Missouri Bar Association Citizenship Award winner, Valedictorian and CYO Leader.
After graduation from high school, he pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College in Columbia, MO where his concentration was in Design from top ranked Kansas State University. His college experience was enhanced by his participation as an Officer with Delta Chi fraternity, as well as numerous leadership and ministry roles with Newman Centers in Kansas and Missouri.
It was during College that Paul began to find his niche. He created modeling and personal development classes in Kansas and Missouri and also served as a modeling instructor, pagent judge, event planner and philanthrophy fundraising specialist.
Paul pursued modeling which led him to The Professional Edge Modeling and Talent agency in Columbia, MO. It was here that a twelve-year friendship and collaboration began with Debra Fox, President of IDG Event Staffing. As a Brand Ambassador he has worked with Seventeen Manazine's model search, Maxell, college campus tours, Comphy Co, and many others. Some of Paul's modeling experience can be seen below:
Paul's design career led him to Thomasville Home Furnishings where he fast tracked into management. His career in the home furnishings industry has allowed him to oversee client projects, training programs, management and merchandising for companies in the both franchisees and corporate locations in the midwest, California, Florida & South Carolina.
In keeping with his interest in education and training, Paul started working within the health & wellness industry and provides education in women's health, nutrition and the power of understanding botanical ingredients.
Now Paul runs his own fundraising consulting business, assisting schools, charities and non-profits, churches, etc with acheiving their needs and dreams
His personal mission in life is to assist other people in finding THEIR success!
